- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp roasted-garlic-flavoured olive oil
- 1 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp pureed ginger
- 1 tsp Luisiana Hot Sauce
- Salt
- In food processor combine coriander, olive oil, rice vinegar, lime juice, ginger, and hot sauce
- Process until smooth
- Add little salt to taste
- Chill until serving
