Avocado Relish

Below will make about 200 ml of relish; it will keep, covered, for an hour or so in room temperature.

  • 1 medium avocado
  • ¼  medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced finely
  • ¼ medium onion chopped finely
  • 1 to 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped finely
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  1. Chop the avocado.
  2. Fold in other ingredients.
  3. Season to taste
