Below will make about 200 ml of relish; it will keep, covered, for an hour or so in room temperature.
- 1 medium avocado
- ¼ medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced finely
- ¼ medium onion chopped finely
- 1 to 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped finely
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Chop the avocado.
- Fold in other ingredients.
- Season to taste
