BBQ’ed Cauliflower

I bet it can be roasted in the oven, but..

    • 1 head cauliflower
    • 3-4 tbsp butter ( softened) – it really depends on the size of the head (above); see instruction (3) below as well as your heart perspectives
    • salt
    • herbs – i use Provencal, but thyme would go nicely, i think..
    • grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Remove stem and leaves from cauliflower.
  2. Wash and pat dry.
  3. Spread the butter over the cauliflower.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, herb and Parmesan.
  5. Wrap the whole thing in heavy duty aluminum foil.
  6. Heat up the BBQ (or the oven) , to medium heat (if you can apply any control at all – i can not)
  7. Grill about 40 minutes or until desired tenderness (test with toothpick).
