Baked brie with pecans

Absolute favourite!.

I also successfully used hazelnuts instead of pecans . Once used Camembert instead of Brie.. Result is always worth the waiting time..

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese
  • butter
  • pecans
  • minced (chopped?) parsley
  1. Place Brie in an ovenproof dish (the same one you will serve the cheese in).
  2. Turn the oven to 325F
  3. Bake the cheese for 15 to 20 minutes or until warm (will develop a ‘bubble’ or a ‘tent’ on top of the cheese ring).
  4. Toast pecans in butter and stir in parsley.
  5. Place pecan mixture on top of the cheese.
  6. Serve with crackers.
