Vinegar Dressing

Makes about 175 ml..

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Whisk together mustard and vinegars. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
