Depending on the type and the final quantity of jelly you want to pre[are
- 10g of dry gelatin for 1 liter of fish jelly, or
- 15-20g of dry gelatin for 1 liter of fruit jelly, or
- 20g of dry gelatin for 1 liter of alcohol (absinthe, gin, vermouth) jelly.
Drop gelatin crystals into the luke warm water, stir, leave for at least 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Place the liquid into the microwave, start, observe stirring often. As soon as the liquid becomes clear, remove from the microwave and stir it again and leave to cool down
