Pork tenderloin with mustard sauce

Serves 4

  • 2  pork tenderloins, about 1/2 kg each (altogether about 1 kg of meat)
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. bourbon
  1. Marinate in soy and bourbon overnight.
  2. Turn occasionally.
  3. Bake at 160C/325F for 1 hour, basting occasionally.

Serve sliced hot or cold with Mustard Sauce.
