Peach Coulis

  • Peaches
  • Some Sugar (not as much as fruit, for sure)
  1. Peel the fruit, slice, put into a small pot with sugar, patiently warm up and simmer for some 20-30 min, uncovered.
  2. When fed up with simmering, let cool a bit and mash with a blender to produce a uniform thick liquid.
