• 60 ml freshly squeezed lime juice (approx 2 fresh limes)
• 1 tbsp liquid honey
• ¼ tsp crushed red peppers
• ¼ tsp dry mustard
• 60 ml sugar
• 125 ml veg oil
• salt
• freshly ground pepper
