Crushed Peanut and Lime

Makes about 300 ml.

Sauce can be made 3 days ahead. Cover tightly and refrigerate.  Best used with spring rolls etc.

  • 125 ml cup fresh lime juice (4 limes?)
  • 60 ml brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chilli oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 60 ml crushed toasted peanuts
