Prof. Conway’s mint sauce

Applicable mainly to roast lamb, but opportunities are endless

  1. Take some fresh mint leaves
  2. Chop them fiercely
  3. Add a bit of vinegar
  4. Mix well

Spice with salt and pepper, but not necessarily.
