Currant Sauce

  • 1 (10 oz.) jar currant jelly
  • 2 tbsp. Sherry
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  1. In small saucepan, heat jelly until melted
  2. add sherry and soy sauce. Optionally, you can use some of the juice from the roasting pan and mix it into the jelly
  3. Stir and simmer 2 minutes.
