- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 ½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tbs peanut oil
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the salt and five-spice powder.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 4 minutes each side or until cooked through.
- Cut into pieces and serve with steamed snow peas (mange tout) tossed in hoisin sauce
