Makes about 300 ml.
Sauce can be made 3 days ahead. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Best used with spring rolls etc.
- 125 ml cup fresh lime juice (4 limes?)
 - 60 ml brown sugar
 - 2 1/2 tablespoons fish sauce
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons chilli oil
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
 - 60 ml crushed toasted peanuts
