I bet it can be roasted in the oven, but..
- 1 head cauliflower
- 3-4 tbsp butter ( softened) – it really depends on the size of the head (above); see instruction (3) below as well as your heart perspectives
- salt
- herbs – i use Provencal, but thyme would go nicely, i think..
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Remove stem and leaves from cauliflower.
- Wash and pat dry.
- Spread the butter over the cauliflower.
- Sprinkle with salt, herb and Parmesan.
- Wrap the whole thing in heavy duty aluminum foil.
- Heat up the BBQ (or the oven) , to medium heat (if you can apply any control at all – i can not)
- Grill about 40 minutes or until desired tenderness (test with toothpick).
