Serves 4
- 2 pork tenderloins, about 1/2 kg each (altogether about 1 kg of meat)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. bourbon
- Marinate in soy and bourbon overnight.
- Turn occasionally.
- Bake at 160C/325F for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
Serve sliced hot or cold with Mustard Sauce.
