This was made en passant and served as a support side dish with anything – always wonderful. It should have the texture of eggs salad, roughly. Very eggy, very cheesy, and VERY garlicky..
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
 - ½ cup grated cheese (gouda?)
 - ¼ cup grated garlic (lots)
 - mayonaise
 
- chop the eggs
 - mix all together
 - enjoy
