- 500g snow peas, cleaned and washed
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp butter or 1 tsp margarine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients in 1.5 l microwave-safe dish.
- Cover tightly and microwave 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir gently.
- Replace cover and microwave 2 to 4 minutes longer, or until snow peas are crisp-tender and bright green.
- Drain well before serving.
