- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried leaf sage, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon dried leaf thyme, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram, crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Combine all ingredients. If you make extra, store in an airtight container. Use for poultry stuffing or dressing, as a rub for chicken, or as seasoning for other dishes.
