Serves 4
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- Cut pork crosswise and flatten with palm of hand into medallions.
- Pan broil pork, 3-4 minutes each side.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, and set aside.
- Mix yogurt, dill and mustard.
- Serve with pork.
