HONEY AND BRANDY GLAZED CARROTS

 

Serves 6

 

  • 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen baby carrots
  • 3 tbsp. Butter
  • 3 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tbsp. apple jack brandy
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

 

1.      Steam carrots until tender and drain.

2.      In a 10″ fry pan melt butter.

3.      Add honey and parsley and brandy.

4.      Add carrots and lightly stir until carrots are glazed.
