3-4 people
- 1 whole pork tenderloin, about 1 lb
- 4 tbsp. Honey
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- Preheat oven to 350F/175C .
- Combine all ingredients except pork tenderloin.
- Coat tenderloin well with sauce.
- Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally until meat thermometer registers 160F/80C degrees.
- Slice thinly to serve.
