Honey mustard tenderloin

3-4 people

  • 1 whole pork tenderloin, about 1 lb
  • 4 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika
  1. Preheat oven to 350F/175C .
  2. Combine all ingredients except pork tenderloin.
  3. Coat tenderloin well with sauce.
  4. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, basting occasionally until meat thermometer registers 160F/80C degrees.
  5. Slice thinly to serve.
