Pork medallions with dill sauce

Serves 4

  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 4 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  1. Cut pork crosswise and flatten with palm of hand into medallions.
  2. Pan broil pork, 3-4 minutes each side.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic salt, pepper, and set aside.
  4. Mix yogurt, dill and mustard.
  5. Serve with pork.
