Mustard sauce

Originally put together to serve with hot roast pork tenderloin , but it can be served successfully with any roast, ham, sausages, steamed vegetables like cauliflower, broccoli etc.

  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. dry mustard
  • 4 finely chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
